During an outage, we removed all debris, soil, vegetation, and other materials from the exterior and interior of the cooling towers. We provided an inspection and repaired all concrete using Mapei and Cortec products.

Cincinnati Water Works – Reservoir

Scope of work included removal of existing pavers, clean and repair underlying concrete base and install new reinforcement steel, and pouring slab back in place of pavers.

Scope of work included removal of deteriorated concrete, steel restoration, and full concrete structural repairs.

Greater Cincinnati Metro Sewer District – Muddy Creek

Greater Cincinnati Metro Sewer District – Muddy Creek During Repair

Scope of work included saw cut and demo deteriorated concrete, coat existing rebar and install new rebar as needed, and repair with new Mapei repair materials. Scope also included pressure washing entire structure and applying two coats of Cortec 2018 Corrosion Inhibitor Sealer.
