American Facade Restoration is led by Eddie Baas and Art Baas. With a combined experience of more than half a century in building restoration, our management team maintains a clean, safe, and controlled project environment. As a father and son team, they work together to assure clients the best possible experience with their restoration needs. Each project is handled personally so clients have direct contact with the management team throughout the job. We will gladly provide referrals from our past and current clients. Eddie Started in the Masonry & Concrete Restoration industry in 1995 completing an apprenticeship program with Local 18 Bricklayer & Allied Craftsman. Then began running work as a foreman , then as a superintendent to project Manager . In 2010 American Facade was formed where Eddie is a partner & senior Project Manager. With 22 years of experience coming from the field of the Industry to the management side he has showed Great skill at bidding & managing the work. Safety , customers & his employees always come first to Eddie. Eddie continues staying updated on all new standards in the industry as he is a Board Member of ICRI & a member of many organizations. Eddie’s passion is the Masonry & concrete restoration Industry which he brings that to all of our projects & customer relationships.

With 49 years experience in the Masonry & Concrete Restoration industry you know you are dealing with an expert! Art is currently involved in special project Bidding for American Facade Restoration as he moves towards full retirement. He has helped build this company to what it is today with his knowledge & care for the restoration industry.
